Dr Neelam Nakra is an Assistant Professor at IFMR Graduate School of Business, Krea University. She earned her PhD degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati. Her doctoral work analyses the role of sustainable human resource management practices in fostering sustainable careers, employee well-being, and organisational performance. She also has research interests in topics such as career counselling, decent work, work engagement and responsible leadership. Dr Nakra has published in various journals, including the Journal of Career Development, European Journal of Training and Development and Health Policy and Technology. 

She has previously worked as a Teaching Assistant for various OB/HR courses at IIT Tirupati. Prior to that, she worked as an Assistant Professor for nearly five years at Lovely Professional University in Punjab. In addition to teaching, she has extensive experience coordinating various events, workshops and faculty development programmes.
