At IFMR we believe in partnering through the entire training cycle – from analyzing identified training needs , to building and executing content that successfully addresses the training needs. While we measure in-training change in knowledge levels; we look forward to partnering to measure the efficacy of the training intervention through evaluation of appropriate projects undertaken by trainees post training after a considered time lag.

The training infrastructure has an important bearing on training effectiveness, IFMR offers a good ambience in both its 300,000 sq.ft. teaching facility located in 40 acres of land at SriCity as well as its Nungambakkam, Chennai facility.
H.T. Parekh Library in IFMR is highly acclaimed for its comprehensive collection of books and journals on finance and economics. It is an archive and reference library. It is also a depository library for all World Bank, WTO Secretariat, GATT and UNU Publications and receives complementary copies of publications from ADB, IFPRI, OECD, FRBs and UNCTAD.
