Tia Khandelwal
Tia Khandelwal is a final-year Economics student at Krea University with a minor in Business Studies and a concentration in Data Science. Over the past few years, she has gained diverse experience through internships in wealth management at Motilal Oswal and market research at 1Lattice, where she worked on portfolio reviews, sector analyses, and strategic briefs for clients. Alongside, she has been a Research Associate at the Youth of India Foundation, leading research on youth-related issues and managing the organisation’s LinkedIn presence.
Tia has also worked as a Teaching Assistant, supporting both university courses and international research programmes, and has taken on leadership roles through the Economics Society at Krea and volunteering with Bhumi NGO. These experiences helped her work across finance, consulting, research, teaching, and social impact — providing both breadth and depth of exposure. Tia is looking to build a career in economics and finance, where she can apply her training and diverse experiences to deliver meaningful impact.
