Dhruv Sachin Lele

Dhruv Lele is an analytical and curious individual with a strong passion for data, problem-solving, and the intersection of technology and human behaviour. Currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Data Science and Psychology at Krea University, he explores both the technical and psychological dimensions of learning and decision-making. He has co-authored a white paper on Vygotsky’s Sociocultural Theory, applying frameworks like Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs to education and policy — showcasing his ability to blend research, theory, and application.

Professionally, Dhruv has interned across diverse industries — AI/ML, healthcare, and sustainable fashion — demonstrating adaptability, leadership, and technical expertise. At Mahindra AI, he worked on multimodal research and built a prototype AI presentation generator with 92% accuracy. At Traya Healthcare, he streamlined recruitment operations, reducing hiring cycles by 25%. He also led a team at Bombay Closet Cleanse, improving both efficiency and engagement.
