Punya Chowksey

Punya Chowksey is a driven and socially consious Politics major with a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and research. His leadership journey began in high school, where he served as the Vice Head Boy of the Students' Council, an experience that honed his teamwork and communication abilities. Beyond academics, his enduring passion for football has been a defining part of his life. From being an active member of his school football team to representing his university at multiple tournaments, he continues to display dedication, discipline, and teamwork on and off the field.

At Krea University, he expanded his leadership and organisational experience as the Deputy Head of Delegate Affairs in the first edition of Krea MUN. Simultaneously, he served as a Conversation Partner at Krea University’s Centre for Writing and Pedagogy (CWP), where he guided students in improving fluency and confidence in English through focused reading and writing support.

With a strong blend of leadership, analytical, and communication skills, he is eager to contribute meaningfully to think tanks and organisations engaged in public policy, governance, and international relations, where he can apply his research and writing abilities to support impactful projects.
