An alumnus of IFMR, Chennai, Chandrasekaran has a PhD in Economics and Financial Management from University of Madras. He is also a certified Supply Chain Management Professional of APICS – American Association of Operations Management, USA. Chandrasekaran has been part of a leadership team setting up Centres of Excellence in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Backed by over twenty-five years of experience with corporates, Chandrasekaran has worked in Information Technology, Venture Capital, and Knowledge Processing sectors. Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Human Resources, Leadership Development and Investor Relationship management are his areas of expertise. His consulting, research, corporate training and teaching experience extends across Supply Chain Management, Operations Strategy, Logistics Infrastructure and Management, Service Operations, Strategy and Analytics.
Chandrasekaran is also an independent director, mentor and management consultant with several leading companies and start-ups. He also serves as a research guide to scholars pursuing PhD degree in management in the area of Strategy and Supply Chain Management.

Shraddha Paliwal’s research interests encompass career success, employee engagement, and the behavioural aspects of challenges in online multiplayer games. She is currently conducting a systematic literature review on career success aspects, analysing articles to identify research gaps. Additionally, she is exploring women’s harassment in online gaming using a triangulation method that involves literature reviews, in-depth interviews, and surveys. Furthermore, Shraddha is investigating the impact of the pandemic on organisations and the strategies adopted by HRM, employing bibliometric analysis and the Vos-viewer tool.
Shraddha is a trained classical singer, having completed a 6-year diploma (Sangeet Prabhakar). She has actively participated in various singing competitions, winning several prizes. She also enjoys writing poetry and has a passion for playing the keyboard. She looks forward to continuing these activities in the future.
