Programme Overview

  • IFMR GSB offers the five-year integrated programme in Management combining IFMR's five decades of expertise in Business Education with Krea University's unique approach to Liberal Education. Students are awarded a BBA degree at the completion of three years and an Integrated MBA degree at the completion of five years
  • This is a strategically curated programme designed to inculcate attitudes, values, and qualities, develop skills, and build the knowledge foundation for future entrepreneurs and business leaders
  • Students can choose to exit at varied points in their learning journey and gain these degrees
  • Exit after three years with the BBA degree
  • Exit after four years with a BBA Honours degree
  • On completion of five years, get an Integrated MBA degree
  • Students can also choose to take a year long sabbatical between BBA and MBA to acquire experience in the industry, family business or as an entrepreneur
  • Our curriculum is distinctive, and requires students to undergo the courses in a certain sequence. The latter courses build on the former and the students ability to comprehend the latter courses depends on the student having successfully completed the former courses. Consequently, our programme is unsuitable for transfer from / to other programmes.

Eligibility

  • Date of birth of the applicants should be January 1, 2004 or later
  • Applicants must have passed Class X or equivalent and achieved an overall performance of 60% or equivalent
  • Applicants must have passed Class XII or equivalent and achieved an overall performance of 60% or equivalent
  • Candidates that are likely to complete Class XII or equivalent examination by the end of June 2024 can apply
  • The medium of education should be English in Class XII or equivalent
  • Applicants must have test scores from IPMAT or SAT or Krea Aptitude Test
  • Date of the test taken should be within the calendar year 2024 or 2023

fees

  • For the first three years, the Tuition fee is Rupees Five Lakhs (5 Lakhs) per annum, and after that
  • The Tuition fees of the MBA programme are applicable; that is, Rupees Seven Lakh Twenty-Eight Thousand (7.28 Lakhs) per annum and are subject to revision.
  • Currently, the living expenses are Rupees Two Lakhs (2 Lakhs) per annum,
  • And this is subject to revision based on inflation and (any) changes in the scope of services.

*Please note that living expenses include monthly launderette costs of up to Rs 500 [if you incur beyond that, you need to pay extra]

Living expenses for each academic year are payable on the following dates

AY 2024 – 25 on/before 10 July 2024

AY 2025 – 26 on/before 30 Jun 2025

AY 2026 – 27 on/before 30 Jun 2026

Refund Policy

No Percentage of Refund of Aggregate Academic fees including acceptance fee and both parts of the first installment. Krea will refund if the withdrawal request is received on or before
1 100% 31 July 2025
2 90% 14 August 2025
3 0 No refunds for requests received on or later than 15 August 2025
Note:
  1. An amount of 5% of the fees paid by the student subject to a maximum of Rs. 5,000/- as processing charges from the refundable amount will be deducted towards processing charges before making the refund wherever applicable.
  2. Fees shall be refunded to an eligible student within fifteen days from the date of receiving a written application from him/her in this regard. Requests for refund should be made to the Fee Centre [email protected] with the Office of Admissions [email protected]in copy.
