He has had stints with World Bank, Infosys Technologies & Dr Reddys Foundation including working for 6 years at the World Bank Group headquarters in Washington DC, USA. He brings in versatile global expertise in consulting, managing global programs and projects, human resources, people management and audits. As a visiting faculty member in business schools, he has handled courses on Strategic Management, Strategic Performance Management, International Human Resources Management, Planning and Audits. Aravind Selvaraj holds a MBA from BIM – Bharathidasan Institute of Management and a chemical engineering degree from Annamalai University.
