The Future Leaders Program – IFMR GSB Chapter is part of the larger Future Leaders Program, a global initiative by Do Well Do Good that engages university students worldwide. At IFMR GSB, the program offers a free 22-week curriculum (12 weeks for junior members and 10 weeks for seniors) designed to cultivate leadership, purpose, and impact.

Through a blend of intensive training sessions, assignments, project-based learning, and research, participants develop and enhance their Do Well Do Good leadership and application skills. By addressing social challenges, conducting research, and working on live projects with start-ups, students explore the intersection of business, sustainability, and social impact. The program fosters teamwork, critical thinking, and communication skills, empowering members to drive meaningful change in their professional and social spheres.
