Christon had previously worked as an Academic Associate at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. In this role, he assisted faculty members in research and teaching, allowing him to further develop his skills and knowledge in his areas of interest. He gained valuable experience working with leading academics and researchers in his field. In addition to his academic experience, Christon had a professional experience as a Management Trainee and Document Controller at iCorporate Solutions, a management consultancy firm. This experience exposed him to the preparation of documents and conduct of internal audits, regarding quality standards for various organisations. He graduated with an MCom in Accounting and Taxation from Pondicherry University, where he developed a passion for research in the areas of corporate finance and financial markets.
