
Dr. Junaid Iqbal earned his PhD in Management from the South Campus, University of Kashmir, specialising in human resource management, organizational behavior, and business ethics. Over the course of his academic journey, he has presented research papers at several national and international conferences, which has allowed him to engage with diverse scholarly communities and enrich his perspectives. In addition, he has published in reputed ABDC category journals, contributing to the global body of knowledge in management studies.
His research interests span across organisational culture, employee behavior, sustainable HRM, CSR, leadership, and workplace spirituality. He is particularly interested in exploring how evolving organisational practices and leadership approaches shape employee outcomes and contribute to sustainable organisational performance.His long-term academic vision is to contribute to high-impact research, foster international collaborations, and advance the dialogue on sustainable and responsible management practices.
