Dr Pallavi Pandey is an Assistant Professor in HR/OB at IFMR GSB, Krea University. Prior to joining IFMR, she worked with the Indian Institute of Management, Jammu (IIMJ), IMI Bhubaneswar, and O P Jindal University. She holds a PhD in Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad (IIT-ISM Dhanbad). Her current research spans contemporary human resource practices, workplace discrimination, and employees’ happiness and well-being at work.
Dr Pandey has authored cases in the Richard Ivey Publishing and South Asian Journal of Business Management. Additionally, she has served as the Chairperson Anandam – The Center for happiness at IIM Jammu. Her diverse contributions extend to conducting Management and Faculty Development Programmes as the Programme Director and resource person.
Outside academia, Dr Pandey is an active sportsperson. She represented IIT (ISM) – Dhanbad in various athletic events during her PhD days and achieved success in badminton matches at the university level during her tenure as Assistant Professor. Committed to social causes, she was appointed as the Gender Champion for IIT-ISM (Dhanbad) by the Ministry of Human Resource Development and was associated with Karma Jyoti (Center for Societal Mission). She likes reading books on spirituality and loves to travel in her leisure time.
