Dr Ravi Thilagan holds a PhD in Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University. With approximately 30 years of experience in the industry and 6 years in academia, includes his tenure as a Visiting Faculty at IFMR GSB, Krea University, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his roles. His most recent industry role was as Vice President and Head of HR at Financial Software and Systems Ltd. Prior to this, he held leadership positions in both the manufacturing and service sectors. Dr Thilagan’s research interests primarily lie in organisational culture. He employs metaphors, stories, and movies to effectively convey concepts in HR and organisational behaviour-related subjects during his teaching sessions.
