An alumnus of IFMR, Chennai, Chandrasekaran has a PhD in Economics and Financial Management from University of Madras. He is also a certified Supply Chain Management Professional of APICS – American Association of Operations Management, USA. Chandrasekaran has been part of a leadership team setting up Centres of Excellence in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Backed by over twenty-five years of experience with corporates, Chandrasekaran has worked in Information Technology, Venture Capital, and Knowledge Processing sectors. Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Human Resources, Leadership Development and Investor Relationship management are his areas of expertise. His consulting, research, corporate training and teaching experience extends across Supply Chain Management, Operations Strategy, Logistics Infrastructure and Management, Service Operations, Strategy and Analytics.
Chandrasekaran is also an independent director, mentor and management consultant with several leading companies and start-ups. He also serves as a research guide to scholars pursuing PhD degree in management in the area of Strategy and Supply Chain Management.

Gogireddy Naga Malleswara Reddy primarily focuses on human resource management, organisational behaviour, and related disciplines. His current research delves into the intersection of HRM and the tourism industry, exploring hybrid and interdisciplinary models that address HRM challenges in tourism. Reddy is also deeply interested in topics such as corporate ethics and responsibility, the integration of AI and technology in HR, HR branding, talent management, hybrid work environments, and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Before embarking on his PhD journey at IFMR GSB, Reddy conducted research on the relationship between compensation and productivity among Village Secretariat employees in the Andhra Pradesh government.
Malleswara Reddy has a deep passion for exploring the world through various forms of travel, including leisure, adventure, pilgrimage, and nature-focused journeys. Having visited 10 states and 3 union territories across India, he has embarked on challenging treks like Kedarkantha and participated in thrilling adventure activities such as snorkeling, jet skiing, river rafting, bungee jumping, and scuba diving. His future aspirations include exploring international destinations and continuing his adventure travels. Additionally, Reddy is keenly interested in currency collection and enjoys reading about finance, economics, geography, political science, and history.
