Fee Structure (2026-2030 batch)

The below information is applicable for all applicants of the School of Interwoven Arts & Sciences, Krea University Undergraduate Program 2026 – 30.

  • Application Fee - one-time payment of INR 1000
  • Tuition fee - INR 8,75,000 per annum (subject to revision every year)
  • Living expenses* - INR 2,25,000 per annum (subject to revision every year)
  • Admissions fee - INR 35,000 (payable at the time of offer acceptance)
  • The Acceptance fee comprises the aforementioned admissions fee and a portion of the tuition fee (INR 85,000), making a total of INR 1,20,000.
  • One-time refundable deposit - INR 50,000 (payable as Installment 3 of Trimester 1)

Note: Refund of fees will be as per the latest UGC Policy on refunds

* Please note that living expenses include launderette costs up to Rs.500 per month.

Refund Policy

Krea University’s refund policy conforms to the norms set by UGC is in accordance with the University Grants Commission (UGC) Notification which was published on their website on 27 Oct 2025. please click here.

Note:

*The University reserves the right to nullify the enrolment and dismiss the student even during the course of studies in the programme in case the information provided by the applicant is found to be untrue.

  1. The one-time deposit of INR 50,000/- will be refunded at the time of graduation from Krea University or withdrawal of admission subject to recoveries, if any, pending from the student.
  2. Fees shall be refunded to an eligible student within fifteen days from the date of receiving a written application with complete information from the applicant in this regard. Requests for refund should only be made to the Office of Admissions admissions@krea.edu.in.

Note:
  1. An amount of 5% of the fees paid by the student subject to a maximum of Rs. 5,000/- as processing charges from the refundable amount will be deducted towards processing charges before making the refund wherever applicable.
  2. The one-time Deposit of INR 50,000/- will be refunded at the time of graduation from Krea University or withdrawal of admission subject to recoveries, if any, pending from the student.
