Krea places a strong emphasis on a balanced and wholesome diet, promoting healthy eating habits among students. The dining hall serves a diverse range of multi-regional and multi-cultural cuisine, ensuring both variety and nutrition. It provides all daily meals, complemented by several independent multi-cuisine dining outlets across campus.

Krea awarded FSSAI ‘Excellent’ hygiene rating

Our commitment to quality, safety, and hygiene is reflected in the standards maintained across Krea’s dining facilities, which have been awarded an ‘Excellent’ Hygiene Rating by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Krea received the highest possible hygiene score of 5/5 under the assessment framework. The rating was awarded following an assessment conducted under the FSSAI Hygiene Rating framework.

This recognition reflects Krea’s continued commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality across its dining facilities.

The certification can also be verified through the QR code on the certificate or via the FSSAI Hygiene Rating website.

In addition, a qualified nutritionist ensures that menus meet recommended nutritional standards. Food and dining facilities are audited twice a month by two independent external agencies, while regular food and water testing is conducted through a certified testing agency in Chennai.
