Ramanathan Hariharan has over 35 years of experience and has held several leadership positions in the field of Executive Education. Most recently, he was the President of Executive Education and Consulting at the School of Inspired Leadership, helping the institution scale the business through new learning solutions and pedagogy, and expanded reach.

Ramanathan Hariharan was the Senior Director and Head of Executive Education at the Indian School of Business (ISB) from 2009 to 2016. Before that, he was the Vice President of one of the largest training and consulting companies in India. He was also the Founding Director and CEO of a boutique HR consulting firm which focused on helping organisations in talent management, leadership development and transformation journeys.

Ramanathan Hariharan holds a Management degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur and is also certified in multiple assessment frameworks. He strongly believes that executive education and continuous learning are key catalysts for delivering superior performance in the workplace, and focuses on creating high-impact learning solutions that influence business results.
