Roxana Daver

Roxana has an extensive multinational background built over 25 years in corporate executive roles. She held senior leadership positions at Estee Lauder and Shiseido where she built diverse teams focused on transformation, innovation, and entrepreneurship to grow global brands in the Japanese and Asian markets and establish regional brands on the global stage. Born and raised in India, she lived in Hong Kong and Japan before moving to Singapore where she runs her own management consultancy. 

Roxana also has considerable experience working with educational institutions in governance, advisory and philanthropic roles. She has been a Board Member/Trustee of the American School in Japan (Personnel Chair, Governance & Finance Committees) for 4 years, and is a mentor at both the Asian University for Women and the National University of Singapore, Women in Business program.  Roxana is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
