T K Srirang

T K Srirang is the Managing Director and CEO of ICICI Securities Limited. He previously served at ICICI Bank Limited as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of the Infrastructure Management Services Group. He has been associated with the ICICI Group since 2001.

He is a member of the Governing Council of ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth, the Governing Body of the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore (IIIT-B), and the Governing Council of Krea University. He also served on the Board of the National HRD Network (NHRDN) and was its General Secretary from 2021 to 2023.

Srirang holds an MBA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. Prior to joining ICICI Bank, he worked with ICI India Limited and Coca-Cola India Limited.
